Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Metro Manila / Luzon  in the role of Sales Officer.

As a Sales Officer, your role is to solicit loan applications and build strong relationships with accredited developers / dealers. You'll assist clients referred by these developers / dealers, as well as those sourced from alternative channels. You'll be expected to provide guidance throughout the loan application process and ensure a smooth, customer-friendly experience.

What the role will entail

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with accredited developers and support their teams in sourcing quality home loan applications.
• Handle client and broker inquiries, conduct client calls, and provide timely updates on application status.
• Ensure smooth processing and quick conversion of Approved But Unavailed (ABU) accounts.
• Monitor and follow up on documentary requirements, securing approvals for delays when necessary.
• Deliver excellent partner and client experience through prompt feedback and efficient coordination.
