He/She is responsible as the primary service contact for BDO PB clients. Tasked to engage with them on deepening relationships as well as assist the Sr. Private Banker /Private Banker in administrative areas covering the latter’s effort in customer on-boarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation and sales/account information management.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with are:
- Serves the BDO PB clients on their Wealth Management banking needs
- Develops strong customer relationships and builds customer loyalty through consistent delivery of accurate and timely service
- Supports cross –selling and referral efforts to contribute to overall administrative sales support as needed
- Ensures proper documentation of all transactions and all sales documents and forms are properly reviewed and verified
- Tracks sales and statistics to generate business reports, as needed
- Acts as back-up Private Banker in the event the Sr. Private Banker/Private Banker is not available to ensure the efficient & continuous delivery of services to clients
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be
- Graduate of a four year business/ management related course; fresh graduates with good scholastic records are welcome to apply
- preferably with relevant experience of frontline service
- with good oral and written communication skills, numerical aptitude , planning and organizing skills; service oriented; attention to details; ability to relate well to people at all levels; inherent aptitude for sales ; focused on getting work done
You must be willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.
