You will oversee the planning and implementation of initiatives related to risk management, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement.
Your responsibilities include spearheading international accreditation activities, facilitating education sessions, and monitoring compliance with organizational practices.
You will analyze patient safety events, guide staff on accreditation standards, and collaborate with various departments to ensure excellence in healthcare delivery.Key Responsibilities : Lead international accreditation efforts and liaise with accrediting bodies.Plan and coordinate surveys and educational sessions.Monitor compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions.Analyze patient safety data and report findings to senior management.Facilitate quality improvement activities and manage the online reporting system.Collaborate with executive management on quality and safety issues.QualificationsIs a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who can guide multi-disciplinary teams, communicate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure consistent alignment with both local and international regulatory standardsWith deep understanding of international accreditation frameworks, risk management principles, and data-driven methodologiesHas a strong background in hospital operationsLean Six Sigma Certification is a plus
