About this Position
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless order processing and providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. What you´ll do
- Process orders in SAP and Service Cloud for clients via email for accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Provide comprehensive support to Customers and Sales, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams
- Perform administrative support for the process of Customer Service Support and handle Adhesive order entry processes
- Work on tasks as defined by Order to Cash (Asia Pacific) Customer Service Support team where employee is assigned
- Execute daily operations, support business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's Degree in any fieldPreferably with at least one (1) year experience in handling SAP and Order Entry ProcessProficiency in MS Excel is preferred; SAP knowledge in order entry is an advantageMust be detail oriented and customer-service oriented; continuous improvement mindset preferredIntermediate to advanced Vietnamese language proficiency and with excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule (9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM), following local country holiday, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, MakatiSome perks of joining Henkel
