The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-founder & CBO / CBDO to join our founding team and lead fundraising, partnerships, and strategic business growth . You will work closely with the CEO and scientific team to translate DeepCovalent’s technological breakthroughs into commercial success and investor traction. This is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of a transformative biotech AI company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Investor Relations : Lead DeepCovalent’s fundraising strategy (pre-seed and seed rounds), manage investor outreach, and pitch to VCs, angels, and strategic partners.
• Strategic Partnerships : Build alliances with pharma, biotech, and research institutions to co-develop and commercialize OS3D™-generated drug candidates.
• Business Strategy : Define the company’s business model, go-to-market roadmap, and commercialization pathways.
• Market Positioning : Craft messaging, investor decks, and materials that articulate the company’s unique scientific and commercial value.
• Leadership : Operate as a strategic co-founder shaping company vision, culture, and long-term growth.

Compensation

This is a co-founder-level position offering significant equity ownership as primary compensation. Cash compensation will begin once pre-seed funding is secured, ensuring alignment with fundraising milestones and long-term company success.
