Job descriptionDesigning and creating training programs Previous experience Australian Retail industry desirable Complete safety training, adhere to safety management policies and contributing to reporting Run regular reports, analyze metrics and share findings with relevant teams Report ongoing issues during weekly SME meetings and customer care manager. Maintain Training scorecard for QA to see development of the team’s knowledge. Evaluate support engagements against predetermined quality benchmarks. Recognizing opportunity and organize regular training with stakeholders such as products, stores, explore more, VM team to ensure team provides accurate information. Analyze customer service metrics (e.g., CSAT, FRT, IQS) and their correlation with support team performance Provides input and recommendations that will enhance the customer's experience internally and externally Report ongoing issues to Team leader, Customer Care Manager. Hold regular meetings with internal stakeholders. Regular interaction with team leaders to update performance of team members as well as opportunities to improve process for faster resolution. Schedule : Monday to Friday (06 : 00 to 03 : 00 PM PHT)

Skills Required :
- At least 2 years QA experience
- Must be proficient in Zendesk; minimum of at least 3 years exposure
- Previous experience in customer service environment
