What are we looking for?
Skills Required :
- At least 2 years QA experience
- Must be proficient in Zendesk; minimum of at least 3 years exposure
- Previous experience in customer service environment

Designing and creating training programsPrevious experience Australian Retail industry desirableWhat will you do?
Complete safety training, adhere to safety management policies and contributing to reportingRun regular reports, analyze metrics and share findings with relevant teamsReport ongoing issues during weekly SME meetings and customer care manager. Maintain Training scorecard for QA to see development of the team’s knowledge.Evaluate support engagements against predetermined quality benchmarks.Recognizing opportunity and organize regular training with stakeholders such as products, stores, explore more, VM team to ensure team provides accurate information.Analyze customer service metrics (e.g., CSAT, FRT, IQS) and their correlation with support team performanceProvides input and recommendations that will enhance the customer's experience internally and externallyReport ongoing issues to Team leader, Customer Care Manager.
