Take / Make outbound calls froM / For potential clients, send quotations, answer queries, provide and request documents

Maintain and update knowledge of competitor offerings

Bidding and Negotiation of prices

Creation and Maintenance of agreements between clients and the company

Manage and update the Companies CRM

Manage prospect contacts and encode in CRM

Keep clients updated regarding the status of their orders and appointments

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of expected deliveries

Assess the quantity and condition of inventory for sale

Assist in marketing campaigns

Assist in administrative tasks as requested

Work within established regulations and adhere to legislative requirements at all times

  • What youu0026'll bring in
  • Proven experience in a call centre handling both inbound and outbound sales

    Exposure to target-driven accounts and proven track record in meeting targeted goals

    More than 2 years of proven and intensive experience in Outbound / Inbound Sales campaign, preferably for an Australian client

    Knowledge in departmental business, budget planning and cost efficiency / analysis will be a bonus

    Strong Sales background and negotiation skills

    Strong computer technology product knowledge

    Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

    Excellent time management skills, knowledge and experience with Word & Excel

    Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment

    Strong work ethic

    Excellent Customer Service skills

    Excellent Communication skills u0026ndash excellent in English, written and verbal

    Ability to listen, understand, and build rapport with prospects by showing professionalism, engaging and friendly phone manner

    Excellent problem solving, analytical and researching skills

    Can do attitude
