Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City (4 days onsite; 1 day WFH)Can start ASAP EMPLOYEE STATUS : ProbationaryDuties and responsibilities : Inventory ManagementDevelop and implement plans for the procurement of IT parts, including forecasting needs based on usage patterns, historical data, and upcoming projectsProcurement CoordinationManage orders for IT partsAssist in the preparation and monitoring of the IT parts procurement budgetAnalyze past consumption data to forecast future demand for IT parts and proactively plan for seasonal or project-based fluctuationsReporting & Process ImprovementCollaboration and work closely with IT project teams
