This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday to Saturday, flexible during client business hours | Melbourne

Paid hours per week : 40 Hours

You’ll be supporting a hands-on business owner who’s focused on scaling operations and reducing administrative bottlenecks.

Job Overview :

You’ll become the organizational backbone for a dynamic restaurant group, taking ownership of critical administrative functions that directly impact daily operations. This role offers the opportunity to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and make a meaningful difference in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll work directly with the business owner and internal team, handling essential backend support that keeps multiple locations running smoothly.

Responsibilities :

  • Organize and manage email inbox and correspondence across multiple restaurant locations
  • Handle calendar management and scheduling for the business owner and key staff
  • Send professional emails to suppliers and vendors for ordering and coordination
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support daily restaurant operations
  • Coordinate internal communications between restaurant locations and management
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for business records
  • Support operational efficiency through proactive administrative assistance
  • Handle various backend administrative duties as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence
  • Experience with email management systems and calendar coordination
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Bonus if you have experience in hospitality or restaurant industry administration

    Requirements

    Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to support campaign execution. Has proven experience in a marketing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
