Work Setup : Onsite (EDSA Greenfield)

Account : Healthcare

Start Date : ASAP

Non Negotiable Requirements :

At least 1 year experience in managing teams.
At least 1 year experience in Billing, Medical Claims or RCM.
Experience managing teams in a BPO setting

Responsibilities :

Execute specialized projects and activities, typically working according to set principles.

Generate and initiate their own workload and do not need instructions or guidelines.

Supervise the work of less experienced professionals, providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end product.

Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.

Decisions are of an operational nature within a defined scope.
