Asset Management Specialist I
Location : Hybrid, Philippines (Manila)
Position Summary :
Bentley is looking for an IT Asset Management Specialist I, to join our team and help us with hardware asset management maintenance, recording, and requests. In addition, the specialist will play a key role in the procurement process, assisting with the sourcing, purchasing, and tracking of IT assets to ensure alignment with organizational needs and compliance requirements. If you have at least 3 years of experience in IT asset management, are familiar with procurement procedures and common hardware lifecycle management practices, then you might be the perfect fit for this role.
As an IT Asset Management Specialist I, you will work in a global IT Asset Management team and with internal and external business partners to manage the lifecycle of enterprise IT hardware.
Your Day-to-Day :
- Complete hardware requests : Oversee and fulfil hardware needs for a specific global region, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently
- Maintain the IT Asset Database : Ensure database tracking all IT assets (like computers, servers, and other equipment) is documented and assigned in the database, verified and audited as required.
- Meet internal metrics : Proactively forecast and ensure the timely procurement and management of IT hardware assets to consistently meet internal deadlines and fulfil organizational agreements.
- Keep an Accurate Asset Inventory : Update and You must regularly update and maintain a complete inventory of all technology assets, ensuring that only authorized hardware is used in the organization’s systems.
- Support Colleagues and Initiatives : Help navigate IT Asset Management processes and procedures to addressing the needs of the colleagues and business, communicating and providing guidance as necessary.
What You Bring to The Team :
3+ years of IT Asset Management1+ years of demonstrated experience with ServiceNowSupply Chain Management and / or logistics experience preferred.ITIL Foundation V4 or newer desiredAssociate’s degree or equivalentGeneral knowledge of commonly used hardware in a global enterprise settingExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skillsOperates under supervision of IT Asset ManagerAcquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant IT Asset Management process and procedures.What We Offer :
