About the Role
Our mother company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful planning and execution of real estate construction projects. This role demands a strategic leader with proven technical expertise and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Manage multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
3. Oversee and validate project designs, engineering plans, and construction methodologies in line with local regulations and global best practices.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations across all project phases.
5. Direct contractor and supplier negotiations, procurement strategies, and contract execution.
6. Monitor construction schedules, quality metrics, cost control systems, and risk mitigation plans.
7. Collaborate closely with internal departments including design, legal, finance, and property management to ensure alignment of project goals.
8. Report progress, issues, and KPIs to executive management and key stakeholders.
9. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through innovation and industry best practices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
1. Licensed Engineer (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
2. Graduate of a reputable engineering program with Latin honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude).
3. Ranked in the Top 10 of the national licensure board examination.
4. Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
5. Minimum of 8–10 years of solid experience in the construction and real estate development industry, specifically from top-tier contractors and leading property developers.
6. Proven track record in managing mid- to large-scale construction projects, including high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
7. Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
9. Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, etc.).
