Job descriptionFeature Development & Enhancement : Collaborating with product managers and clients to design and implement scalable, high-quality platform enhancements. Customization & Personalization : Developing tailored, user-friendly solutions to meet specific educational institution needs while ensuring platform integrity. API & Third-Party Integration : Building and optimizing APIs for seamless integration with key educational software, prioritizing data security and interoperability. Performance Optimization & Scalability : Enhancing platform architecture to manage increasing data loads efficiently, addressing and resolving bottlenecks. Quality Assurance & Testing : Conducting thorough testing and implementing automated strategies with QA to ensure feature reliability and security. Documentation & Training Support : Creating detailed documentation and supporting training efforts to help users maximize feature benefits. Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Act as an escalation point for complex, feature-related technical issues, providing hands-on support and expert guidance to ensure client satisfaction. At least 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with Python, Typescript, and React Experienced in working with educational technology or SaaS Skilled in working with SQL and NoSQL databases Proficient in various cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) Experienced in version control with Git Solid background in API development Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
