The Job
You will be responsible for :
Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including preparing agendas, coordinating meetings, and distributing minutes.Assist in the preparation and review of board papers and reports.Ensure the governance policies and procedures are up-to-dateMonitor and report on governance compliance and effectivenessEnsure the board decisions and actions are documented and communicated in a timely manner.Maintain and update the organization's compliance register.Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal advisors, on governance-related matters.Facilitate effective communication between the board, management, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of governance activities, including board minutes, resolutions, and policy documents.Ensure that all governance documentation is securely stored and easily accessible.The Profile
At least Bachelors in Business Administration or any other related fieldExtensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, legal, or related field.Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, regulatory requirements, and the best practice.High ethical standards and integrityThe Employer
