Sales Executive for Construction Materials / 16-20k / CDO

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration, Marketing and the like. Preferably with 1 year of work experience in Sales under Roofing / Construction Industry and Preferably owns a motorcycle or four-wheeled vehicleWilling to engage in Fieldwork and / or Official Business to close Sales / Okay w / Monday to Saturday work ScheduleResponsibilities : Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concernsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataEnsure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrationsParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesNegotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
