Production Supervisor

Requirements :

• Graduate of Engineering, Sciences or any related course.
• At least two (2) years related work experience in Production Supervision and Production management gained from manufacturing firms
• Proficient in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs e.g., SAP, INFORLN, etc., Leadership Skills, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement skills, Interpersonal and Communication SkillsEducation : Responsibilities : Supervise daily production operations and personnelEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsMonitor production schedules and adjust workflow as neededTrain and mentor production staffConduct performance evaluations and provide feedbackCollaborate with other departments to resolve production issuesMaintain accurate production records and reportsImplement process improvements to increase efficiencyEnsure proper maintenance and operation of equipmentAddress employee concerns and enforce company policies
