Job Description :
Handle customer inquiries and complaints from Spanish-speaking clients.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers in resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Qualifications :
Spanish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have a valid passport and work visa (for foreign nationals)
With prior BPO experience in a customer service environment
Preferably with a Training Certificate or Diploma (must be translated into English)
