The Opportunity : We're seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to join a leading provider of commercial real estate photography and video services. In this role, you'll drive business growth through consistent outbound sales activities, connecting with potential clients who need premium visual content for their property marketing.

Salary : $1,500 - $2,000 per month + commissions (based on experience)
Location : Remote
Schedule : 10 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM EST
Experience : At least 3 years experience as a Sales Rep

The Profile We’re Looking For

Your Goal : Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outreach to commercial real estate professionals, effectively communicating service value while maintaining an organized sales pipeline from initial contact to closed deal.

You thrive on making 50-100 outbound calls daily

You maintain consistent energy and enthusiasm throughout repetitive tasks

You follow sales scripts while adding appropriate personalization

You persistently follow up with prospects until reaching a definitive outcome

You're a CRM Power User :

You document all client interactions with meticulous detail

You maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline

You leverage CRM data to prioritize follow-up activities

You generate insightful reports on sales activities and outcomes

You're a Self-Motivated Achiever :

You work independently with minimal supervision

You consistently meet or exceed activity targets

You maintain focus and productivity in a remote environment

You take ownership of your results and continuously improve

You're a Relationship Builder :

You quickly establish rapport with potential clients

You ask insightful questions to understand client needs

You effectively communicate the value of services offered

You handle objections professionally and constructively
