Oversee daily operations : This involves managing the flow of inventory, ensuring accurate data entry, and resolving any discrepancies. Delegate tasks and manage schedules : This ensures efficient workflow and optimal resource allocation within the inventory team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement : This involves identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Ayala, Makati)
Shift Schedule : Night shift
Requirements :
- College Graduate
- CPA (Preference)
- Preparation of Journal Entries
- Balance Sheet
- General Ledger Management
- Account Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Preparation of Invoices
- Supports Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Close
- Financial Analysis
- Inventory Reporting
- Good Communication Skills
- Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)
