Shift Schedule : Night shift

Requirements :

College Graduate
CPA (Preference)
Preparation of Journal Entries
Balance Sheet
General Ledger Management
Account Reconciliation
Financial Reporting
Preparation of Invoices
Supports Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Close
Financial Analysis
Inventory Reporting
Good Communication Skills
Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)

Responsibilities :

Supervision and Training : Manage and direct inventory staff, providing training and guidance on best practices and company policies.

Inventory Control Procedures : Implement and maintain inventory control procedures for receiving, storing, counting, and distributing inventory.

Inventory Audits and Reconciliation : Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and recorded inventory.

Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or overstock situations, and make recommendations for adjustments.
