Job descriptionSupervision and Training : Manage and direct inventory staff, providing training and guidance on best practices and company policies. Inventory Control Procedures : Implement and maintain inventory control procedures for receiving, storing, counting, and distributing inventory. Inventory Audits and Reconciliation : Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and recorded inventory. Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or overstock situations, and make recommendations for adjustments.
Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Ayala Makati)
Shift Schedule : Night shift
Requirements :
- College Graduate
- CPA (Preference)
- Preparation of Journal Entries
- Balance Sheet
- General Ledger Management
- Account Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Preparation of Invoices
- Supports Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Close
- Financial Analysis
- Inventory Reporting
- Good Communication Skills
- Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)
