DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- This role is responsible for managing all aspects of manufacturing accounting and
controlling for operations, with duties including :
Leading mid-term planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes alignedwith Sales and Operations Planning.
Coordinating interdepartmental collaboration to ensure integrated and systematicfinancial planning
Validating, consolidating, and submitting financial plans for reporting anddecision-making
Creating financial transparency by tracking performance, managing risks, and identifyingopportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency
Providing financial analysis and advisory support to guide business decisions andimprove performance
Assessing CAPEX investment plans and ensuring effective CAPEX control processesare in place
Supporting the development of business plans, financial models, and profitability studiesEnsuring standardized financial controls and compliance procedures are implementedand operating effectively
Managing the resolution of issues from audits and compliance reviewsLeading sustainability reviews to maintain required certificationsQUALIFICATIONS : Must Haves :
Must be a college graduate with a degree in Finance, major in Accounting orequivalent
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)7 years work experience experience in a manufacturing setting in the field ofaccounting or finance, process cost control, variance analysis, budget
development, and management reporting
Nice to Have :
Knowledge of SAP and Anaplan is an advantage
