Salesman Rider

Salesman Rider – LPG is responsible for selling and delivering LPG cylinders to household and small business customers using a motorcycle with a sidecar or carrier. This role requires product knowledge, safe delivery handling, strong customer service, and the ability to promote sales in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver and sell LPG cylinders (usually 2.7kg, 11kg) to households, sari-sari stores, and small commercial clients within assigned areas.

Load, secure, and transport LPG cylinders safely using a motorcycle with carrier / sidecar.

Promote products, maintain customer relationships, and encourage repeat orders or new customer referrals.

Collect payments and issue official receipts according to company policy.

Monitor and replenish customer stock levels as needed.

Maintain accurate daily sales and delivery records, and submit sales reports to the office.

Perform basic cylinder inspection before delivery (seal, valve condition, etc.).

Conduct safety checks at delivery points when applicable (no smoking signs, proper placement, etc.).

Take care of assigned motorcycle and ensure it is well-maintained and roadworthy.

Follow traffic rules, LPG safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications :

At least High School graduate.

With valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1 & 2).

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, delivery, or similar field work; experience in LPG distribution is an advantage.

Physically fit and capable of lifting LPG cylinders (up to 11kg).

Knowledgeable in basic LPG handling and safety.

Good communication skills and customer-focused.

Honest, reliable, and hardworking.

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiar with the delivery route and territory.

With a personal or assigned motorcycle suitable for LPG delivery (optional : with company motorcycle).

Basic mechanical knowledge for motorcycle maintenance.
