Key Responsibilities
Sales & Promotion :
Actively promote and sell company products, identify new sales opportunities, and build relationships with new and existing customers to retain business and promote new offerings.
Product Delivery :
Drive a company vehicle (often a motorcycle or scooter) to deliver products to customers on a designated route or within a specific territory.
Inventory & Order Management :
Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed at customer locations.
Customer Service :
Provide excellent customer service, listen to and resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Financial Transactions :
Collect payments from customers, handle change, and record transactions accurately.
Vehicle Maintenance :
Conduct routine checks on the company vehicle to ensure it's in good working condition and adhere to all traffic laws.
Record Keeping :
Accurately record all deliveries, transactions, and sales activities according to company guidelines.
Typical Requirements
Driving Skills : A valid driver's license with the relevant restrictions (e.g., for motorcycle operation) and a clean driving record are essential.
Sales & Communication : Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and proven sales skills are necessary to meet sales targets.
Physical Fitness : The ability to load and unload products as needed is often required.
Navigation & Route Planning : Efficiently navigate routes and adhere to delivery schedules.
Customer Relationship Skills : The ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships is crucial for success.
