The Job

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget.
  • Managing the complete software development lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to final delivery and post-launch support.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
  • Implementing and overseeing Agile methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement in team productivity and project throughput.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
  • Resolving conflicts, managing project dependencies, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring the successful launch of the mobile app, with a focus on meeting or exceeding user acquisition and engagement targets.
  • Facilitating post-launch reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

    • The Profile

    As a Project Manager, you need to have :

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a project manager handling Mobile AI / Machine Learning projects.
  • Proficient with various project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile development processes, AI / machine learning technologies, and API integration.

    • It's not required but it would be great if you have Certifications :

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
