Accountant (47379) - BGC, Taguig

Salary : 30,000 - 40,000

Required Experience :

・Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy graduate

・At least 3 years of experience in the Accounting field

・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

・Strong communication and coordination skills

・Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.

・Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus

・Familiarity with tax compliance and government reporting

・Proactive mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities :

・Handle and maintain selected Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts

・Prepare monthly journal entries (PPE, ROU Asset, Prepaid Taxes)

・Conduct monthly bank reconciliation

・Monitor interest and loan payables

・Set up monthly accruals

・Maintain and monitor company Fixed Assets (PPE)

・Prepare monthly fluctuation analysis

・Draft tax returns and ensure proper invoice documentation

・Monitor Deferred Input VAT

・Follow up with suppliers for pending invoices and receipts

・Assist in LGU business tax payments

・Reconcile General Ledger accounts and post adjustments

・Assist with year-end audit and financial reporting

・Recommend process flow improvements

・Other relevant accounting tasks as assigned
