Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist & Lead Writer deeply plugged into the AI ecosystem to help Singtel’s Digital Infrastructure Company (DICo) sharpen its narrative across AI cloud, data centres, connectivity, GPUs and the broader AI stack. (DICo is Singtel’s business unit integrating data centres, connectivity, GPUs and the reAI platform to deliver sovereign, AI-ready infrastructure.)
This is a strategic and hands-on role :
- Understand the full AI stack and how Singtel / DICo fits within it.
- Craft clear, compelling propositions for enterprise customers and ecosystem partners.
- Translate the narrative into a practical 12–18 month content plan and priority assets (website, LinkedIn, email).
- Operate in a lean, fast-moving environment , acting as both strategist and writer.
You’ll work closely with the DICo marketing team to fast-track clarity, consistency and credibility in Singtel’s AI storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the AI & infra stack and where DICo fits : sovereign AI cloud, data centres, connectivity, GPUs, reAI platform, and key partners.Develop a clear, concise narrative and value propositions for :Enterprise customers (data-sensitive, AI workloads)Ecosystem partners (cloud, GPU, LLM and integration partners)Create a practical messaging framework (lightweight message house) that can be reused across channels.Define a 12–18 month content strategy & roadmap covering :Website (solutions, product / AI pages, thought leadership)LinkedIn (company + leaders’ thought leadership)Email / EDMsWrite and refine key content assets , including :Website copyLinkedIn posts and short thought-leadership piecesEmail / EDM copy and basic articles / explainersProvide content direction / briefs for designers and video teams (e.g. for infographics or launch assets).Offer a point of view on the website structure and content needed to be “fit for purpose” for AI / infra buyers and partners.REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in content strategy / editorial / content lead roles, ideally in B2B tech .Proven experience with AI, cloud, data infrastructure, telecoms, or adjacent fields .Strong track record crafting narratives, propositions and messaging in complex tech environments.Excellent copywriting skills (website, LinkedIn, email, short-form thought leadership).Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, “startup within enterprise” context.Curious, analytical and able to get up to speed quickly on new products, partners and technologies.If you’re a strategist who loves turning complex AI and infrastructure topics into clear, compelling stories—and you’re happy to both think and do —we’d like to hear from you.
