We upcycle human hair waste into innovative, eco-friendly products such as oil and chemical adsorbent mats, spill kits, and gardening grow mats.

Our solutions serve industries including automotive, manufacturing, agriculture, and environmental protection.

We're on a mission to promote sustainability, circular economy, and community empowerment—one strand at a time.

The Role : We're looking for a non-tech Chief Product Officer to lead the research, development, and scaling of our physical, sustainable products made from upcycled hair.

This isn't a software or digital product role—it's about real-world impact through eco-innovation, community-based production, and thoughtful design.

What You'll Do : Lead the R&D and design of new and existing physical products (e.g., adsorbent mats, mulching mats) Coordinate closely with partner communities for product testing, felting, and scaling Ensure quality control, certification processes, and performance testing standards Translate customer needs into improved product features and new product ideas Document production SOPs and assist in onboarding new community production sites Explore new industries or use-cases for our materials and technology Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to align product vision with market opportunities Ideal Candidate : Experience in physical product development , sustainable materials , or industrial design Strong interest in agri-tech, climate tech, green manufacturing, or bio-based products Comfortable working with grassroots communities and cooperative production models Creative problem-solver with hands-on production or prototyping experience Based in or frequently available to visit Northern Mindanao production sites Passionate about environmental impact and building something meaningful from the ground up What's In It For You : Sweat equity + output-based incentives (no base salary for now) Remote flexibility with purpose-driven work A front-row seat in growing a bold green startup from Mindanao A chance to innovate with materials the world often overlooks—like hair Sustainability and innovation don't need to start in tech labs or boardrooms.
