HR Supervisor - 5 yrs Experience

Requirements : Female

4 years College Graduate

With 5yrs and up experience in handling and mentoring purchasing or HR team.

Attentive to details and meticulous in checking of reports and other purchasing or HR documents.

Knowledgeable in MS Office especially in Excel.

Flexible and can work with less supervision.

Willing to render overtime as need arises.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.

Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and engagement.

Starting salary – 20,000-25,000

Work Schedule – Monday -Saturday
