Role Overview :
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar batteries, and closing sales. You will work remotely, aligning with Australian time zones and market expectations, and must demonstrate excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively call and follow up on leads to promote and sell solar battery products
- Educate prospective customers on the benefits, savings, and installation process of solar battery systems
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up schedules
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the Australian head office and installation partners for seamless customer handovers
