JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operationalprocesses, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effectiveand efficient operations Set schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams inorder to achieve volume targets and production plans Effectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their dailytasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potentialQUALIFICATION : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering or equivalent At least 2 yrs working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager specialized inManufacturing / Production Operations / Restaurant or equivalent
