In this position you will…
be working with leaders within the organization and external partners to ensure we can provide enough supply of devices to be utilized in claim fulfilment under switch program, based on future demand for our products or services.
You will be responsible for…
- Forecasting future inventory requirements for switch program
- Communicating forecast and inventory estimations to management
- Monitoring and reporting on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
- Keeping and tracking inventory maintenance and accuracy
- Controlling and monitoring the flows of switch devices
- Placing inventory restock orders and updating Operations on the availability of switch devices
- Maintain safety and security of inventory
- Close coordination Sales, Finance and other departments and Suppliers
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

Proven work experience as a Demand Planner or a similar roleSolid understanding of inventory management practices and proceduresStrong mathematical and statistical knowledgeCapability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office ApplicationsFamiliarity with data entry systemsGood organizational and management skillsGood in problem solving skills for efficiency and process improvement
