Job Description

In this position you will…

be working with leaders within the organization and external partners to ensure we can provide enough supply of devices to be utilized in claim fulfilment under switch program, based on future demand for our products or services.

You will be responsible for…

  • Forecasting future inventory requirements for switch program
  • Communicating forecast and inventory estimations to management
  • Monitoring and reporting on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
  • Keeping and tracking inventory maintenance and accuracy
  • Controlling and monitoring the flows of switch devices
  • Placing inventory restock orders and updating Operations on the availability of switch devices
  • Maintain safety and security of inventory
  • Close coordination Sales, Finance and other departments and Suppliers
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

    • You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Demand Planner or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Familiarity with data entry systems
  • Good organizational and management skills
  • Good in problem solving skills for efficiency and process improvement
