The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Perform manual moderation functions for incoming ads / users from different sources of report.
- Ensure listings and users in our platform are compliant to our policies.
- Identify and act on suspicious or undesirable content or behavior in our platform.
- Perform moderation functions using different tools.
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to enhance User experience to keep the marketplace safe.
- Send and Respond to tickets in relation to S&Q initiatives, fraud, disputes, account enforcement, and respond to authorities.
- Respond to escalation from different channels in the organization
