We are hiring for TSRs for a BPO Company located in BGC
This is a remote work and follows a Nightshift Schedule BUT Training and Nesting will be onsite
Salary is up to 31,000 package + 18% ND based on overall experience and hiring result
Min Requirement of at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry
Requirements (must have)
- With at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry
- With experience using CRM tools and remote desktop
- Customer / client-facing experience is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in ISP Support
- Experience with Point of Sale is an advantage
- Experience in international center.
- Willing to attend training and nesting on site in BGC
- Amenable to work in night shifts and shifting schedules
