Job description

Serves as the main point of contact for all projects under O&M (Operate and Maintain).

  • Manages budget allocations and resource utilization for all O&M projects.
  • Oversees service delivery.
  • Leads and manages the delivery team.
  • Establish and enhance delivery processes.
  • Develops partnerships and liaise with other teams.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and identify customer needs.
  • Manages customer expectations.
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Job Qualifications / Requirements
  • Education - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Related Work Experience - 3+ years of service delivery or project management related experience.

Experience in managing web and Mobile projects.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in dealing with multicultural stakeholders.

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

  • Knowledge - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
