Requirements :

Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Bahasa Indonesian language

Open for Fresh Graduates

Customer Service experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4 year course

Amenable to be assigned in any of the company sites in Metro Manila or Cebu (Taguig, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, etc.)

Responsibilities :

Responsible in translating Finance documents such as invoices and billings from Bahasa Indonesian to English and vise versa

Monitor and review assigned portfolio and report the status of account handled

Responsible in collecting the receivable and pending promises payment by contacting the customers via calls, email and chats

Ensures that all the records are updated and accurate in the system
