Junior Project Engineer

He / she contributes to the development of engineering plans and designs.

• Assist in budget preparation for projects and monitors project expenditures.
• Provide technical / professional assistance to staff; review plans, specifications, contract,, and other reports and documents to ensure compliance with applicable codes, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in policy and procedure development, implementation and help the senior engineer in providing project quotations
• Review and estimates costs for projects.
• Analyze quotes and bids to assist the project senior engineer, survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

Job Qualifications :

He / she must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Must have at least 1 year of site experience with analytical and interpersonal skills

Sense of responsibility, urgency, reliability, ownership on deliverables, commitment to the task, and must be result-driven.

Efficiency in design and document preparation programs : CAD (Required), Microsoft Office, Sketch-up is a plus
