The Job
A Sales Caller, also known as a Telesales Representative or Telemarketer, is responsible for making sales by contacting potential and existing customers via phonen and Email. They pitch products or services, address customer inquiries, and potentially handle orders. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calling : Making cold calls to potential customers and following up with leadsSales Pitching : Presenting products or services, highlighting their benefits, and addressing customer objections.Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining relationships with customers, including following up on orders and addressing concerns.Order Processing : Taking and processing orders, confirming details, and ensuring accurate data entry.Lead Generation : Identifying and qualifying potential customers, gathering information, and documenting interactions.Sales Reporting : Maintaining records of sales activities, including call logs, order information, and customer interactions.The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Automotive and Transport & Logistics industry.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderThe Employer
