R&D Packaging Supervisor (Bulacan)

Responsibilities :

• Lead development and innovation of packaging for food, personal care, and home care products.
• Design, test, and implement packaging solutions aligned with company goals, sustainability, and regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and material assessments, and compatibility studies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies.
• Manage packaging projects from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, external partners, and research institutions
• Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery meeting performance expectations.
• Conduct packaging performance tests (stability, transportation, shelf life).
• Ensure compliance with global regulations, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.
• Work with Quality and Regulatory teams to resolve packaging issues.
• Identify sustainable packaging solutions (recyclable, biodegradable, lightweight).
• Optimize packaging for cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Implement practices to reduce waste and improve supply chain efficiency.
