The Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor position is responsible for financial information analyses through the creation of financial models as a basis for decision-making by the management team. The role also assists different functions across the organization with related queries and tasks. The objective is to ensure that we identify and highlight financial risks and opportunities and utilize them to the advantage of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify settlement transactions and balances for appropriate classification of reconciled reports.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare financial modeling of business cases to ensure a vast understanding of both topline and bottomline opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance through meaningful analyses and reports provided to top management. Highlight both opportunities and risks based on trends, analyses, and external factors.
- Assist in month-end closing activities including but not limited to GAP payments, Sales Incentive calculation, Cost center expense monitoring, and Board Report preparation.
- Assist the management team in the preparation of presentation materials to be used mostly by the CEO in presentations to the leadership team, Board Members, and Business partners.
- Lead regular business reviews with BLT. Prepare financial information / presentations to highlight opportunities and risks.
- Work and assist different functions and personnel across the organization related to financial analysis and modeling.
- Coordinate and respond to external parties, such as shareholders, auditors, etc., in financial-related queries and concerns.
- Increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications and analytical tools.

Graduate of any Finance or Accountancy degree.Preferred : Master’s Degree / Business Management or Financial Certifications.Preferred : Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant.Minimum of eight (8) years of work experience with a proven track record in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
