Handles recruitment and hiring administrative duties, including placement of job advertisements; scheduling of interviews and tests; coordinating with outside applicant evaluation services; job offers; pre-employment documentation; new employee orientation' etc.
- Conducts preliminary interviews for screening and shortlist purposes; endorses for further interviews.
- Conducts background checks if necessary.
- Keeps all employee 201 files in an organized, well-labelled, neat and secure manner; Provide access to these files to authorized personnel only.
- Facilitates processing of company IDs and issuance of company uniforms if any.
- Prepares Daily Time Record (DTR) and transmits to payroll
- Maintains the updated employee master list on monthly basis.
- Acts as a company liaison in dealings with SSS, HDMF and Philhealth agencies on employee-benefit issues.
