Responsible for upholding quality standards in Channel Management, ensuring compliance with QA standards, and supporting accurate product listings and campaigns.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Ensuring Channel Operators follow all SOPs for product listing and campaign enrollment.
- Inspecting all Product Information Files (PIFs) to ensure all mandatory data is provided and performing PIF QA in a timely manner.
- Performing quality assurance on campaign templates and marketplaces, aiming for minimal errors in every campaign.
- Conducting daily checks of marketplaces to ensure product details are correct.
- Working closely with Channel Operators to ensure campaigns are accurately enrolled and PIF templates are correctly filled out.
- Understanding, investigating, and solving complaints, particularly when multiple departments are involved.
- Participating in developing new standards for the Channel Management team.
- Working with the QA team to refine QA processes, share knowledge, and plan release testing and rollouts.
- Monitoring the performance of Channel Operators.
- Providing support in brainstorming, planning, testing, and execution for the continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Assisting in other functional areas of the project, including training, as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
About You
Required skills and qualifications include :
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or above; an Industrial Engineering graduate preferred.Minimum of 0-1 years of working experience.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.White or Yellow Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma is good to have.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and speech.Proficiency in English and Filipino.Strong attention to detail, organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.The ideal candidate is a team player who is reliable, independent, resourceful, and innovative.The role is a Hybrid work setup and a project-based position.Benefits
