The Senior HSE Engineer is responsible for leading the health, safety, and environmental management for projects across the GCC region. This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in overseeing HSE compliance and strategy implementation, ensuring that company policies and local regulations are adhered to across all operational sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HSE strategies and plans to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and contribute to safety audits for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to health, safety, and environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on HSE matters.
- Lead incident investigation processes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and report on improvements or areas needing attention.
- Organize and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
- Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote continuous improvement in HSE practices.

Qualifications & Experience :
Basic Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.Advanced Qualification :NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent.Minimum Experience :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management roles, with a focus on the GCC region.Proven experience in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies.Strong understanding of HSE regulatory frameworks in the GCC countries.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.Benefits
