Medical Provider Support Officer - Batangas

Mon-Sat. / 6 days per week / 818.18 per dayQualifications : - Preferably with own motorcycle- With pleasing personality, height is an advantage- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science course- HMO / Hospital / Clinic work experience is a plus- Preferably with Marketing experience- Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet)- With good communication skillsJob Responsibilities : - Implement new technologies and digital solutions to all providers.- Provide training and support regarding the digital platforms to provider’s staff- Resolve integration issues to maintain system performance and reliability.- Generate reports and analytics to track the success of integration initiatives.- Maintain and organize Healthcare’s provider database.- Establish and maintain rapport with providers through regular visitations- Manage provider suspensions.- Track and monitor outstanding accounts receivable from providers- Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Healthcare Members through face-to-face visit.- Facilitate accreditation of new providers including hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics and doctors- Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
