Job descriptionhas two years of experience as a cost estimator, preferably in the construction business. Can work Under pressure With Strong analytical skills With good communication skills Must be willing to RELOCATE. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY! Estimates the total cost of the project, including materials, labor, equipment, and contractors. Will evaluate quotes from contractors and suppliers to ascertain the most competitive pricing for labor, materials and services. Will identify potential risk that could impact project costs. Monitoring project costs to make sure they stay within the authorized budget. Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers. architects, and project managers to guarantee precise and timely estimates. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, materials anc labor rates.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- A graduate of Bachelors degree in Engineering / Construction
Management or any related field.
