Accounting Manager

Job descriptionExtensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices Good judgment and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Proficiency in accounting software and systems Sound administrative and organizational skills. Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems.
Educational Requirements
- Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or other related courses
- CPA is an advantage
Length of related Work Experience
Preferably with at least 3 years related working experience in related field
Competencies Required :
BASIC FUNCTIONS
1. Oversees and manages financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing reports, and managing budgets while supervising the entire accounting department
2. Performs other tasks that may be assigned to him / her by the Management / BOD from time to time.
