Our client is seeking a Customer Support & Operations Assistant who can manage customer communications and ensure smooth internal workflows. This role focuses on two main areas :
- Inbox Management – responding to customer inquiries in a friendly, helpful, and effective way with fast turnaround, while maintaining the brand voice.
- Manual Sticker Edits – using internal tools to process customer feedback and produce corrected versions of stickers with speed and accuracy.
