Team Leader is responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of associates including work assignment, attendance monitoring and performance management. Manages the individual team members to achieve productivity and quality targets; ensure that ample workload is allocated to the associates. Provides leadership, support and motivates associates to achieve and maintain productivity targets. Monitor, organize and provide coaching to the associates on day to day basis.
Support and communicates business goals.
