Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO or call center setting
- Minimum 1 year of supervising a recruitment team
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring — from sourcing to job offers
- Track record of handling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Confident in using data and metrics to make recruitment smarter and faster
