Position : Japanese Admin Coordinator

Industry : Inspection Company

Location : Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Salary : Php 18,000 basic + 30,000 Language Premium

Work Schedule : Dayshift (Monday Friday)

Work set-up : Onsite

Requirements :

  • JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Administrative job
  • Good English communication skills
  • Familiar in IT applications
  • Amenable to work in Alabang

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate documents base on the requirements
  • Process reports using the tools or platforms of the company
  • Issue certifications once all documents are processed and approved
  • Perform administration tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
