We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our revenue generation initiatives and expand our market presence. Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and lead generationManage and respond to RFPs for group bookings and corporate accountsCoordinate with meeting planners and event organizers to secure business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and travel agenciesUtilize Lanyon and other sales platforms to maximize booking opportunitiesMonitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategiesCreate compelling proposals and presentations for potential clientsCollaborate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of group eventsTrack and report sales performance metricsImplement brand standards and sales initiativesRequirements
3-5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industryDemonstrated expertise with major hotel brands, particularly upscale propertiesProficiency in Opera PMS and Lanyon systems or similarStrong understanding of group sales and RFP processesExperience with meeting broker platforms and event managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote settingProfessional demeanor and outstanding customer service orientationIndependent Contractor Perks
